Synopsis/Details
The death of a super giant star is the starting point for a spectacular adventure. A scientist, with the help of a particle accelerator, manages to perform a quantum leap, travel in space-time instantly. He then breaks down a spacecraft secretly being developed by NASA into electrons and goes beyond a star that exploded a thousand years ago, the first documented supernova, which was spotted by Chinese astronomers, known today as the Crab Nebula. In this triangulation, faster than the speed of light, Harris and Melissa manage to go back in time on our planet. They land in downtown Los Angeles 10,000 years ago and review scenes exhibited at the La Brea Tar Pits Museum, with a saber-toothed tiger attacking a giant sloth. Religious institutions don't want science turning over the past and prohibit time travel, so he decides not to live in the present anymore. He leaves to personally meet his great idol, Albert Einstein, and sends a letter to planet Earth.
