Synopsis/Details
A teacher in his 30s, Wes, is forced to shelter in a shabby roadside cafe on his way home from work. Despite still reeling from the loss of his boyfriend Zack, who passed away merely 3 months ago, Wes falls for the innocent and charming barista, Austin. As they inch closer to each other, Austin's feelings for Wes takes a toll on his mental and physical health. Upon failing to live with the true nature of his relationship with Wes, he resorts to alcohol. Intoxicated, Austin allows himself fully committed to Wes. Secrets cannot be concealed forever. Austin quickly discovers photographs of Wes and his deceased lover, Zack, who has a disturbing resemblance to Austin. Infuriated and hurt, Austin confronts Wes about his true intentions with him. Wes struggles to make a decision - to continue loving him the way he has been, or to rescue him from his own destructive behavior by distancing.
