Looking Back 2071

In 2071, at the Human Flight Academy’s history class, students are treated to one of their own, going back in time to 2025 (or 26, 27 whenever the film is released) to witness the turning point of the United States when it stopped trying to take over the world by instituting the US Constitution’s preamble as the country's only authorized mission and a Fourth Branch of government to enforce the other three branches sticking to the new guard rails. The protagonist's struggles are monumental and life-threatening due to the deep state actors trying to stop them at every turn. Sherron, the student who goes back in time, falls in love with Nick, who has figured out that the preamble goals, if stuck to as the country's mission statement, would heal the country, turning it into its intention, making it a utopia. He figures out that three new amendments are needed to authorize the creation of a Fourth Branch of government, which can then root out corruption in the other Three Branches, so that the mission of the preamble is adhered to. A national referendum passed the three new amendments, and the Fourth Branch was created with the help of President Harrison’s executive orders. That is when all hell breaks loose by the Deep State to try and stop it all. It wasn’t enough to try to kill him twice; now the Deep State, controlled by interdimensional beings, unleashes biblical-level destruction to try and stop what has been enacted. From a killer fog, a UFO invasion force that fires on cities, to man-made earthquakes, the deep state tries but is thwarted in their efforts due to President Harrison’s fighting back with the full force of American firepower. Even Elon Musk helps by stopping the man-made earthquakes with his high-technology countermeasures. In the middle of the battle, Nick takes up Sherron’s offer to time-travel to 2071 to see what all his work has created in her time. He is so happy to see her time and all the beauty at her Academy that he becomes recharged, deciding to return to his time to finish what he started, which can be where a TV series begins. The TV series would be about following Nick and Sherron as they make progress uprooting the systemic corruption in the Government using the new powers of the Fourth Branch, designed to be the self-correcting tool the founders felt the Constitution did not need- now we know better.
