Once best friends/scientist live separate in two different cities. While one of them discovers a mysterious signal, the other is a successful psychologist. It isn't until the two begin to unlock more of the signal's details, that the government begins to investigate the hacking of the Department of Defense's servers. Classified documents were taken and now. The two find more answers and even who sent the signal to Earth.
