Synopsis/Details
Rachel Townsend, a disturbed woman suffering from depression, performs the greatest sin when she takes her own life. Death consumes her only for a second before she wakes up on an unfamiliar train.
When Rachel Townsend is chased off the train by a monster, she meets her Soul Attorney, Levi. Levi is a demon who was assigned to defend Rachel’s soul in a trial. A trial that determines if her soul will spend the rest of eternity in either Hell or Heaven. Levi inquires crucial information from Rachel’s disturbing past so he may justify her sins thoroughly in court.
Eventually, Rachel’s trial begins. Sylvanna, an angel serving as the prosecution, presents Rachel's wicked wrongdoings while Levi successfully defends each accusation and provides the reasons behind her immoral actions. However, Sylvanna drops a bombshell. A vital event from Rachel’s life that she deliberately kept a secret until this point. This throws the case as Rachel is deemed a liar and swiftly receives a perpetual life sentence in Hell.
Before Rachel's departure, Levi confesses his hate towards the spiritual justice system, claiming it to be flawed and unforgiving while also confessing his personal affliction. Upset with himself for being another cog in a broken world, Levi attempts to take his own life but fails as he is overcome by furious anger and crippling regret.
