Synopsis/Details
Mtaa wa Giza (The Dark Street) follows the gripping journey of Bryson, a brilliant yet desperate young man from the unforgiving Nairobi slums, who is dragged into the brutal world of drug trafficking, gangs, and corruption. As he navigates rival criminal organizations, secret deals with rogue police officers, and complicated family ties, Bryson finds himself torn between the power he's gained and the innocence he's lost.
With enemies on all sides, including former allies turned deadly rivals, Bryson must fight for survival, protect those he loves, and confront the ghosts of his past. Meanwhile, a web of betrayal unfolds as women and children become pawns in a battle of dominance between rival gangs.
Mtaa wa Giza is a bold Kenyan crime-drama series that blends the emotional depth of family, the thrill of street power struggles, and the reality of urban life—delivering suspense, action, and raw truth.
