After his girlfriend brakes up with him Kenneth gets a new roommate, Ashley a young conspiracy theorist and they attempt to become more productive members of society together. But Kenneth seems to be stalked by the almost sentient song Never Gonna Give You Up. It plagues both his real life and his dreams until it causes him to eventually lose his sanity and his new job. He believes the song and it’s creator are conspiring to kill him and everyone around him so he attempts to put an end to all of it. After having lost everything and at the end of his wits he attempts to kill Rick Astley. He gets caught and is imprisoned. Years later when he is nearing the end of his life he is released. He gets robbed soon after he leaves prison and with no money, friends or a place to live he lays down on the sidewalk and goes to sleep. When he wakes he is being helped by a man and a woman who give him a blanket and some food, He thanks them and they respond by saying something that makes Kenneth lose his last grain of sanity and snap. They say that they are “never gonna give him up”.

The Writer: Paul Drury

Hello I just started writing movie scripts and am looking to share them with some people. I am already struggling to fill up the 25 words for this bio so that might explain why a lot of my scripts are fairly short. Go to bio
