Synopsis/Details
In the gritty underbelly of Hyderabad, Ravi, a jobless graduate shunned by his family, moves to a slum to start anew as a delivery driver. His first day ends in disaster—crashing into an aunty’s moped, getting beaten up, and blacklisted from the app. Feeling worthless, Ravi, inspired by a news report of an untraceable bank robbery, decides to rob a bank to fund a dream life in the Andaman Islands. Duped by a fake arms dealer, he buys a dummy gun and storms a cashless bank filled with frail elderly patrons. When he fires a warning shot, the gun splits in two, forcing him to flee. After hiding in a dumping yard, starving, he’s caught at a police checkpost by Circle Inspector Shekhar, who blackmails him into becoming a pawn, offering a small apartment under threat of arrest. Meanwhile, Amith Roy, a wealthy food delivery app mogul, obsesses over his public image while grappling with his daughter Shruti’s drug addiction. The 22-year-old, haunted by her mother’s death, frequents rave parties, often passing out. To protect her without tarnishing his reputation, Amith relies on Shekhar to discreetly bring her home. Shekhar delegates these tasks to Ravi, who repeatedly escorts a semi-conscious Shruti from parties to her car. When Shekhar learns of an impending narcotics raid at a party Shruti attends, he extorts Amith for a hefty sum to extract her. Ravi, sent to rescue her, pulls a semi-drunk Shruti into her car and speeds off, but tosses his phone out, going dark. Shekhar, leading the raid, finds Ravi’s phone and realizes Ravi has kidnapped Shruti, setting off a tense cat-and-mouse game. As Ravi hides with Shruti, she develops Stockholm syndrome, forming a romantic bond with him. Ravi, unexpectedly empathetic, helps her battle her addiction, while dodging Shekhar’s pursuit. He demands his criminal record erased, the bank robbery CCTV footage deleted, and a bag of cash for freedom. Meanwhile, Amith, suspecting Shekhar’s involvement in the kidnapping, hires henchmen to attack him and locate Shruti. The dark comedy shines as Ravi, a bumbling amateur, navigates high-stakes chaos with absurd luck—dodging bullets while arguing with a lovesick Shruti about her rehab. Shekhar, a sleazy opportunist, fumbles between extorting Amith and evading his goons, his plans unraveling in slapstick panic. The tension peaks when Ravi learns Shekhar’s life is in danger because of him. Torn between fleeing with Shruti and the money or saving his manipulator, Ravi chooses heroism. In a chaotic showdown, he outwits Amith’s henchmen with clumsy ingenuity, saving Shekhar. Grateful, Shekhar, in a rare act of honor, arranges for Ravi and a recovering Shruti to escape to the Andaman Islands. The story blends dark humor—Ravi’s fake gun fiasco, Shekhar’s greedy blunders—with intense drama, as Ravi’s redemption and Shruti’s recovery unfold against a backdrop of betrayal and pursuit, delivering a thrilling yet heartwarming resolution.
