Synopsis/Details
An underground city has been cut off from the rest of the world for hundreds of years, during which time descendants of the original city dwellers have devolved into a rigid patriarchal feudal society. Hideo is a policeman with a strict code of honor who metes out justice while walking the tightrope between the politics of ultra-rich nobility and the daily needs of the masses scrabbling for a living, all the while protecting the populace from the sundry threats -- human and non-human -- which emerge from the vast uncharted reaches of the city.
