Synopsis/Details
“Out of the Woods” is an action/adventure film about a man and woman on the run in the wilderness. The story begins with Jonah, fresh off a ten-year prison sentence, hiking into the wilderness to retrieve the small fortune he’d hidden there from his traitorous partner, Walt, after a botched robbery. With a head start on Walt, Jonah makes his way into the mountains, gets his stashed loot, and is on his way out when he happens upon two thugs and their captive, Miriam, making their way into the middle of nowhere to kill and bury her. Jonah, almost home free, makes the decision to follow the trio, and frees Miriam in a daring rescue. Now hunted by not one, but three killers, Jonah and Miriam must stay ahead of their pursuers and get out of the woods before they both end up dead.
