Synopsis/Details
The series is high concept low budget 21st century fairy tales, intended for a broad audience from YA upwards. Each episode is big on ideas but small on locations/cast. We’ve completed eight subsequent scripts and have outlines in place for further episodes. This is a series where anything daft can and will happen, so whether that’s dealing with malfunctioning cloning machines, a whip pan dash through film genres, journeying inside childhood nightmares, battling body swapping bin witches or handling the perils of instant fame Molly and Elizabeth take it all in their lackadaisical stride. Influenced by the likes of The Mighty Boosh, Broad City and Flight Of The Conchords it’s a sweet but silly absurdist adventure series overseen by two (mostly) harmless not rights The humour is irreverent and off kilter but has an innocent dream logic which harks back to the stream of consciousness kids TV programmes such as Mr. Ben, In The Night Garden and The Magic Roundabout. Ultimately this is a charmingly eccentric show about two friends and their weekly escapades
