Synopsis/Details
'Reality Check' is a UK-based mockumentary following the life of Simon Mancini - an early/mid 30s Englishman - some 10 years on from winning Big Brother-style reality TV show 'Project LockUp'. Over the last few years, Simon has faced a series of ups and (mostly) downs, which has seen his work dry up, and left him facing ridicule from the press and public. With recent concern into how press intrusion and press coverage affects celebrities and reality TV stars, a documentary crew have decided to follow Simon for 12 weeks as he copes with being a faded star in an unforgiving world. The small team of characters Simon has surrounding him aren't exactly helping his cause, either.
