Detective CODY HAROLD is baffled at the lack of trace evidence at crime scenes as he investigates the bizarre disappearances of several women. Meanwhile, JEN ANDREWS, settling in her new home with her daughter, KATY, encounters an unearthly presence. Fighting her own demons, Jen is drawn to the comfort of Cody, hoping to break the shackles from her past. Eccentric paranormal investigator ROLAND SHAW contacts Cody with startling information regarding the disappearances. Cody disregards his theory, but when a victim escapes her assailant’s clutches and is too traumatized to remember anything, Cody is running out of time – especially when bodies start turning up. Jen is slowly losing her grip on reality when strange things start happening in her home. Fearing her daughter’s safety, Jen must face the haunting presence in her home but becomes much deeper involve than she should. Roland and his daughter, TRACI – who assists him with paranormal investigations - believes the entity is brutal murderer Reinhardt Hayden, who was electrocuted the previous month. Now, Cody is challenged to believe the unbelievable, disregard reality and regard paranormal as normal in order to solve the mystery and save the missing women…and Jen.
