Synopsis/Details
The Fall of Saigon, on April 30, 1975, signaled the end of American presence in Vietnam.  The last U.S. helicopters are fleeing Saigon. In the middle of the chaos, a young Marine with a tragic past, Private Miles Banks, is given a shady mission by his Captain. And Miles' mission soon spirals out of control when he is forced to engage enemy soldiers, some who share his uniform. To further complicate his return to the embassy, Miles discovers an orphaned 8 year old South Vietnamese girl, Bian. The push to the embassy is filled with a language barrier and a series of escalating conflicts. Miles must also battle his personal demons that may derail the mission. Once Miles reaches the mission with Bian, he must deal the biggest barrier, the Captain. Miles must outwit him to get safe passage for him and Bain on the last chopper out of Saigon.
