Synopsis/Details
Ashton, an early-thirties, attractive career woman is single, mostly by choice. Although her love life has not been successful, she does have an amazing dog in her life, Seven. Seven is Ashton’s best friend, her companion and her protector. She loves him more than anything. She is devastated when she learns that he has bone cancer, a fatal cancer in dogs. As she moves through the last year of her life, she does everything she can to save him. During her frequent veterinary visits, she meets Ben, who is also going through treating his dog for lymphoma. Ashton and Ben navigate through love and loss together and ultimately learn that loving a pet also means letting them go.
