Street Light Girls

In the unpredictable streets of Los Angeles there lies an underground world that breeds greed, violent encounters and sex. This world is dominated by Pimps, Prostitutes and dirty cops who all are waist deep in the accumulation of their own choices. Mona, a 42-year-old hooker wanting out of the life begins to make plans to open a beauty supply store. One night she discovers a young 25-year-old call girl named Prissy laying in a pile of garbage with her throat slit. Mona takes Prissy home after being released from the hospital and finds out Prissy is on the run from a pimp by the name of Sly. Mona, knowing Sly like the back of her hand because she worked for Sly years earlier before going off on her own. Detective Vargas begins to terrify the streets looking for Prissy because he slit her throat but she survived. Meanwhile Prissy is soaking up the rules and ways of doing things with Mona and her crew. One day Sly and two of his girls Florence and Rainbow stumble upon Prissy and a friend coming out of a beauty supply store. Sly chokes Prissy telling her she owes him ten thousand dollars if she wants to leave him for good. Unable to pay this money Mona and her crew decide to sell drugs to get Sly the money. But while doing so Sly has Lil Bit, Mona’s daughter kidnapped and held until Prissy pays the money. Prissy forces the detective that tried to kill her to get Sly to release Lil Bit. In doing so Sly tries to double cross them resulting in four of his men being killed. After Sly tries to double cross Mona and her crew she wants to destroy Sly while she gets more and more involved in her new way of making money, pushing drugs. In doing so Mona’s drug spot gets robbed and her best friend Lolli gets killed. Finding out that Prissy mistakenly gave out the location of the drug spot. Furious Mona kicks Prissy out of her home not knowing that Slys girls would catch up to Prissy that night. Prissy missing for days Mona and her crew find out that Sly plans on selling Prissy to an International Human Trafficker. Mona puts together the ultimate plan to break Prissy out of the house she is being held in. While executing the plan Mona realizes it will be her most heroine act ever, the ultimate sacrifice.
