I started writing at the age of 6, it was a coping mechanism for a troubled childhood. I continued to write prose and poetry well into my late 20's but without knowledge of how to earn money from writing I choose to focus on sport. I enrolled in university in 2012, aged 32, to study Sports Science. Whilst procrastinating on a Biomechanics essay I watched a short film and my entire life changed.
