Synopsis/Details
Mickey is a carefree womanizer, deathly afraid of any sort of serious relationship as a result of a brutal breakup with his first love. He’s also about to be the best man at Shaun and Sara’s wedding. Sara’s maid of honor, Bree, is an uptight lawyer who was recently cheated on and subsequently dumped. Despite Mickey always having had a thing for Bree, she isn’t Mickey’s biggest fan, as she fervently disapproves of his philandering lifestyle. In an effort to outdo Mickey, who’s confident that his wedding gift will be the best gift that Shaun and Sara receive, Bree coincidentally winds up purchasing her friends the exact same extravagant gift, a trip to Cozumel. The foursome ends up traveling to a tropical resort in Cozumel with a fifth person that none of them know, Bobby. While on the way to the resort, Bree is berating Mickey for his endless string of meaningless one-night stands, when she makes the claim that what he does is “easy and anyone can do it.” They end up making a bet to see who can seduce someone on the island first, amidst counter-party sabotage that is perfectly allowed within the rules of the bet. Hijinx ensues while Mickey, aided by Shaun, and Bree, aided by Sara, try to win the bet while preventing one another from doing just that. We can’t forget about the wild card, Bobby. He winds up on a crazy adventure of his own, inadvertently bringing even more chaos to the group, as well as a fair bit of danger.
