Synopsis/Details
SERIES SYNOPSIS: A 19-year old steel-mill worker, Keith Stratford, supports his loving, yet immobile family in rural Cassville, Georgia by day and slips across the tracks each night to be the soloist in an affluent local church choir. He manages his double life with ease until he finds love one night that changes him forever. Life is filled with a new kind of excitement now, yet one that must be tempered because he risks losing his job and soloist position if his newfound love is revealed. PILOT SCRIPT SYNOPSIS: Keith takes on more hours at work than he can handle to save the family from eviction. Meanwhile, choir members delight in having Keith’s soulful voice join them as they prepare for a big competition. After rehearsal one night, Keith meets Jerome. An unexpected love interest blossoms between them turning Keith’s life upside-down with excitement. On the eve of the choir competition, the church pastor spots Keith and Jerome holding hands and threatens to expose him.
