While returning home, Richard accidentally knocks down a woman with his car. After seeing the woman, he runs away in fear and confusion, leaving her to die. After reaching home, his wife inquiries if he is fine, which he claims to be. Later that night he has a nightmare about the woman, after which, he realises she is after him
