Synopsis/Details
Things couldn't be going worse for Sara - a pre-teen, tomboy horror buff. First, she hears her folks are splitting - and her mother heads to LA for an interview, no less. Even worse, she gets her period... and ends up on the "bad side" of Joanne Barr and her clique... the meanest girls in school. Assisted by gothic best friend Amy, and reject boy-buddy Pryor, Sara attempts to win the boy of her dreams, navigate the dangers of puberty. And somehow, fail to lose her mind.... A unique script with a major touch of Ally McBeal fantasy, FAQs adeptly plays off the gross-out female humor of Bridesmaids... in areas that are still taboo.
