THE FATHER I LOVE TO FEAR

One day, LEV, a mysterious man hiding his true identity as a Russian Mafia interrogator, returns to his childhood country, India, to visit his non-biological brother and his brother’s two-year-old daughter. Upon arrival, he discovers that his family has been murdered, leaving only LEELA, alive. LEV is entrusted with raising her and avenging their deaths. As he hunts down the killers, he uncovers a web of conspirators, ultimately choosing to forgive them and protect LEELA instead. Each year, LEV returns to his family's grave with LEELA, who grows up believing LEV is her real father. Like every year, LEV returns to the city with his now-grown daughter, LEELA, and crosses paths with MIRA, a determined lady detective and the daughter of a high-ranking police officer who had close ties to LEV’s deceased brother. MIRA is investigating a murder case linked to a dangerous criminal network involved in illegal drug operations. The criminals, eager to stop the investigation, attempt to kill MIRA several times, but LEV secretly saves her life each time, never revealing his true identity. As MIRA closes in on the truth, she discovers a deeper conspiracy, with the mastermind targeting her family—and LEELA. In a brutal act of revenge, LEV eliminates the criminals and uncovers that they were responsible for his brother's death and the threat to his newfound family—MIRA and LEELA. Witnessing LEV’s actions, MIRA realizes his motivations are rooted in justice, not evil. She falls in love with him and, ultimately, decides to stay with LEV and LEELA, becoming the mother LEELA never had. Unaware of her true origins, LEELA grows up loving LEV and MIRA as her real parents.
