"The Final Battle" follows Thaddeus MacArthur, a college student in Montreal who discovers he's the reincarnation of the legendary King Arthur. When vivid dreams of ancient Scottish battles begin plaguing him, Thaddeus learns from his friends—who are also reincarnated warriors from his clan—that he must embrace his destiny as leader of an immortal group called Antegenoians. As rival Scottish clans hunt him down and supernatural forces threaten the world, Thaddeus must navigate gang politics, elect a secret Scottish monarch, and compete at the United Nations to become the Skyguard—Earth's mystical protector. The story blends ancient Celtic mythology with modern urban fantasy as Thaddeus struggles to merge with his past self while protecting both his loved ones and the world from an impending final battle between forces of harmony and conquest.
