The Golden Mic

A small planet drifts in space. A golden comet hits the planet, causing an explosion. The Planet, "Smoovenus", is now ten times its prior size. Pieces of huge speakers float towards Smoovenus. On these fragments, pictures of microphones, kung Fu weapons, turntables, and karate kicks, are displayed. The Pieces connect and are absorbed by Smoovenus. Mini tornadoes form on the planet and vanish leaving behind humans who create villages of huts and cottages. Within some of its inhabitants exists an energy and life force called, Gonja. Gonja is from the, (Creator), and can be used for good or evil. It has the power to take lives., especially in rap battles, (cyphers), between MC’s, (rappers). Through beams of light from one platinum chain to another, the life of the weaker MC or martial artist, is at the mercy of the stronger opponent. All the villages of Rocklaun have entered the One-thousand Ion Seven Moon Eclipse, and are now in darkness, day and night. JESHAH, (23), is trained to battle rap, while having natural king fu abilities within. It is through KINSAY, (68), Jeshah’s sensei at the Hip-Hop Academy, the details of his father’s, (RAHZ), death is revealed, as well as, the significance of the One-thousand Ion Seven Moon Eclipse., the later resulting in eternal darkness and chaos. Kinsay explains to Jeshah, it is CINWAY, (46), that took the life of his father, as well as his own father. Cinway is gifted yet troubled, and the main catalyst protecting the seven eclipses. Fore he will have complete control once complete. Before fully engaged in journey, Jeshah finds a crew, or more specific, (keys). His keys are comprised of, KURE, (23) a gonja filled female MC and love interest of Jeshah. BEACON, (21), a Gonja harnessing break dancer, KINWA, (21), a gifted blind graffiti artist, and finally, KAYLA, (27), a young woman, and poet, that speaks to the ancestors. Once united, “Crew”, uses kung fu against Cinway’s henchmen, including Cinway’s cousin and lead henchman, ROCKNILE, (46), as a means of protection and perseverance between battle rap locations. Rocknile, with no remorse, manages to injure Jeshah’s mother, SANIAH, (65), almost fatally, sending Jeshah into rage. To complete his mission, Jeshah must acquire, four “earthly” mics, and they are as follows: the Two-Edge Mic protected by Tinni, the Conscious Mic protected by Deepa, the Crunk Mic protected by Mook, and the Love Mic protected by Eternal. Only then, can he battle for the Golden Mic in Funk Haven, to use against Cinway’s Death Mic, from the DARK POET, (173), a mysterious ancient little man. Jeshah parts from Crew to pursue the Golden Mic through the dark forest. He has an encounter with his deceased father. They exchange Gonja. Jeshah proceeds to Funk Haven, but not without feeling the dangerous touch and presence of the Dark Poet. Once in Funk Haven, Jeshah defeats the Line of MC’s, (angel MC’s), and is granted the Golden Mic by Magee, (the Keeper of the Golden Mic). Jeshah reunites with Crew. They head to Funk Cabin. Once arrived, Jeshah and Crew successfully defeat Cinway and his Death Mic. Jeshah physically hurts Cinway, and is now faced with a choice. Yea or Nay…
