Synopsis/Details
Miti Guag becomes the reluctant hero that will inspire her people with her religion as a message of love, in opposition to the authoritarian Ayatollah, who has been using religion as a mechanism of fear and to monopolize power in the Muslim Nation. As those two visions collide and the Ayatollah starts a merciless persecution of Miti and her followers, Miti will have to grow up fast. At the end, her example will inspire not only her native Muslim Nation to bring down the authoritarian Ayatollah and her people to claim their religion back but also the Laic Country to free itself from dishonest preachers. This won't be possible without a civil war in the Muslim Nation and a serious political crisis in the Laic Country though. The Muslim Kitty is a story about how religion can inspire the worst but also the best in us, Jerry Falwell but also Martin Luther King.
