Synopsis/Details
Agent Dick Cummings is the head of President Carpenter's Secret Service. After stopping a terrorist attack on the President's daughter's wedding, Dick is sent on a top-secret mission to assassinate one of America's greatest enemies - the Canadian President. Canada is taken over by the assassinated leader's nine-year-old son, Petey, who goes on a roaring rampage of revenge to find Dick and President Carpenter.
