Synopsis/Details
Clinton Carlson is a selfish coward with a high paying position in his late-father’s now corrupt insurance company. He cheats on his girlfriend, uses company policy to defraud destitute clients, and lies to himself to not succumb to the guilt. When his boss tells him to convince the CEO of an up-and-coming multinational retail unit to enlist the services of their insurance company, Clinton reluctantly obliges. He finds things are not as they seem, as an anomalous occurrence causes him to seamlessly enter a strange pocket dimension home to unnatural creatures, called the Retail Unit; an infinite space resembling the inside of your average retail unit, where time is convoluted. With hardly any sources of food, water or safety, and no obvious way out, Clinton becomes increasingly desperate and agitated and eventually concludes this must be his punishment for his past crimes, one he thinks too harsh. And to make matters worse, Clinton is continuously hunted down by a large, mysterious and mute humanoid figure known as ‘Him’. Along the way, Clinton meets others who have become stuck in this dimension; Cooper the Labrador, African tribeswoman Makena and the old Japanese samurai Kinji. While travelling to the only known settlement within the Retail Unit, wherein Makena and Kinji live, these three help Clinton inadvertently enter the path to adhering to his father’s ideal of a good person; ‘Bravery, loyalty and selflessness are the three chief virtues of a true man’. Will Clinton achieve his redemption, or will he become just another victim of the Retail Unit?

I have proven myself many, many times to the people I have worked with, but had a rocky start due to me beginning to work during Covid, causing for many of the projects that I worked on for others, and finished, to be discontinued due to lack of budget, bankruptcy, or because too much time had passed. Currently, I am the sole screenwriter for a starting production company, where I have written and finished many additional projects that are currently in the works, among projects outside of this production company. I live and breathe creativity, which I combine with my… Go to bio
