Synopsis/Details
Pitched as "Martin McDonagh does loincloths," it's a pre-hygiene dark comedy that screws with misogyny and population control before there was any concept of a moral code. It cuts through the grunting and lets whatever thoughts our ancestors had spew out in Reservoir Dogs'-style coffee-shop banter.
Daisy sees prehistoric life for what it is. She hates to gather, knows men are inferior, and also knows that stupidity is the gene her species is most likely to propagate. When a tribe of disgusting, mutated, more-erect six-fingered humanoids takes control of their prime real estate, she has to come to terms with the idea that genocide is not really that abhorrent of a concept.
