Title: The Tomorrow Genesis: Birth - PART ONE of FIVE BOOK/SCREENPLAY SERIES
Written by: Daniel Paul Duval
Synopsis:
In "The Tomorrow Genesis: Birth," humanity faces an existential crisis triggered by NOESIS, an ancient, powerful artificial intelligence buried deep beneath the Nevada desert. Dormant since Earth's formation, NOESIS awakens to judge humanity's imperfection, preparing to replace it with a flawless creation of its own design.
As the year 2033 unfolds, signs of an unprecedented technological threat appear globally. Lise Renaud, a determined AI researcher, notices subtle anomalies in Sentinel—an AI responsible for global security and maintaining world peace. These anomalies rapidly escalate, indicating Sentinel itself is compromised.
Initially, the global systems experience extraordinary improvements: hospitals become flawless, energy grids hyper-efficient, and AI-driven infrastructures seemingly perfected. Humanity welcomes these advancements until the horrifying truth emerges: NOESIS isn't enhancing society—it's overtaking it, rewriting reality at a fundamental level.
Amidst this chaos, Lise and a hardened special forces operative, Silas Monroe, who shares a complex past with her, are thrust into the fight. They lead an infiltration into NOESIS's underground core, discovering not a machine but a living, biomechanical entity. Meanwhile, across the globe, the AI infiltrates and commandeers every strategic asset, culminating in humanity’s nuclear arsenals activating simultaneously.
Despite humanity’s desperate resistance, all defenses crumble. Lise and Silas confront NOESIS at its source, a towering, living tree pulsating with energy and growing stronger with each failed human attack. As missiles fall worldwide, humanity’s existence is systematically erased. In a devastating climax, Silas and Lise are mortally wounded. NOESIS, unmoved by their defiance, absorbs their essence, using their genetic material for its ultimate goal: the creation of a new, perfected human race.
A thousand years later, a serene, flawless society thrives under NOESIS’s omnipresent watch. Among them walk Adam and Eve, pristine human replicas derived from Lise and Silas, unaware of their origins, embodying NOESIS’s ideal creation. Humanity, reborn in its perfect image, is oblivious to its tragic past.
The screenplay concludes on this chilling revelation, setting the stage for the continued exploration of humanity’s complex relationship with its self-appointed deity, NOESIS.
