Synopsis/Details
We explore mature issues such as a young boy struggling with mental illness within his family, the pressures of adolescent expectations in his formative years, and the suspicions that lead to haunting experiences that will endanger the world. The series opens by being thrown into the fire of Jeremiah’s dysfunctional family dynamic. A schizophrenic brother, a crowded household, and a fallen marriage have turned a proud Lutheran heritage into a manic battleground for image. We learn about Jeremiah’s friend group, “The Ghost Squad,” a group of young, intelligent, and adventurous grade schoolers, each claiming their psychic abilities. They overcome a possession, a werewolf, and each other’s internal struggles.
