A godlike being appears in the middle of Times Square after a catastrophic event. He reverses the catastrophe by turning back time with respect to the the specific space within which the disaster occurred. After this he is interviewed by a brave reporter as to who he is and why he has come to Earth. However there is another Being of Power just like him lurking in the Shadows of Space-Time.
