Synopsis/Details
Only going by the name The Observer, this man is a lonely astronaut wanting to explore the universe. But when he gets sucked into a wormhole that takes him back to the dawn of the universe, he goes on a journey that most living creatures couldn't even comprehend. He watches the first and last stars being created. He watches Earth become formed, life being created, the rise and fall of humanity, and finally Earth's final moments. Beyond that, this story deals with themes about the meaning of life. There are multiple answers to the meaning of life scattered throughout this story, with some being more obvious than others. This story is also about a man's journey as he experiences something no one could even imagine. With the story spanning for trillions of eons, The Observer goes through something we couldn't fully understand unless we were there with him. He's seen it all, and it's hard to put into words just how he is left off when the story finally comes to an end. The length of the script doesn't coincide with the actual runtime of the movie, if it were to actually be made. This is because of the extended scenes written to last anywhere between 1 minute to 10 minutes, all with a single paragraph. This is a very slow burn story, and you will understand once you read it. There is also a nontraditional role of the antagonist, as there isn't really much of an antagonist. The most antagonistic role in this story would be the passage of time, which does serve a big role in this story.

The Writer: Jackson Roberts

I'm still decently new to screenwriting, only beginning in 2020. But in that time, I've learned a lot, and I've gotten better. At least, I hope I have. I write thrillers and action scripts that lean more violent. I haven't won any awards, but I hope that one day I might. I chose Script Revolution because I thought this would be the best place for different people to read my scripts, and hopefully get the best feedback to learn and get better. Go to bio
