When Tweak discovers a mysterious map in her home, she and her father, Ranger Marsh, along with their sea turtle friend, Sammy, set off on an expedition to the dense mangroves. As they solve puzzles and uncover hidden secrets, they find an ancient scientist's journal detailing a rare plant with healing powers. With their discovery in hand, they head back to Tweak's workshop, where an unexpected surprise emerges: a quirky blue rabbit named Riff. As Riff joins the crew, they face new challenges, including helping Captain Barnacles (Polo Polar) and Peso (Pepe) from the Octonauts solve an underwater mystery involving a growing golden fish. Together, they race against time to fix a malfunctioning submarine and heal the injured fish. The musical culminates in a colorful, heartwarming tribute to the audience's different cultures, as the characters wave the flags of their countries and sing a medley of national anthems.
