Synopsis/Details
UNi LiFE is a half-hour comedy show that targets young adults and teenage audiences as it aims to portray the naked scene of university life (of course with naked scenes involved) with ridiculous parties and hot dramas under the perspective of an international student. It is always fun to break into the world of university, where the craziest meet the stupidest, and the best meet the worst. UNi LiFE follows the journey of Christopher - a Vietnamese international student as he enters the new life of University and gets himself into bizarre shenanigans with the companion of his best friend, Josh, his Canadian rooted roommate. As Christopher has to relearn social norms and how to be a university student and survive through it, Josh poses as a role model for Chris while he also encounters problems that he will need Christopher’s help. Both characters don’t know what they’re getting themselves into, but they’ve got each other.
To others, International students are just mystical beings that travel in packs and live in their own small community; they’re different and odd. Folks and tales about them are endless, no one really knows if they’re really sons and daughters of a crazy rich Asian family or if they’re extremely smart and on the way to becoming the next big doctor. See, Christopher wishes he had a super-rich dad and was smart enough to go to Med school. But yes, the “odd” part is right: Chris folds my blanket into a square shape when he makes his bed every morning, he hates Americano coffee, eats avocados with sugar (who eats it on toast?), and have no idea who Chuck Norris is (seriously is he like an almighty immortal figure?). To Christopher, University is an entirely new realm as he has no clues what he might get himself into, but hey, it’s a part of the adventure, and he digs it!
