This is the second variation on the Story Of Peter theme (the first was A Warrior Called Peter), with the focus being drama as opposed to action. Once more, Peter arrives first on the scene of an accident and finds the winning lottery ticket on the dead driver. Of course, he is not the only one who really wants that money, amongst them the driver's girlfriend, friend, a psycho-hacker and a corrupt police detective. How will this end for Peter? Who will get the money? The deeper issue explored here is the opposing life philosophies of people, where some struggle to do what they consider good, suffering along the way, while others seem to just go with the flow. Also look out for the third variation of the Peter theme, called The Story of Peter, which embraces the detective genre where it will not be clear who actually has the ticket until the end.
