Synopsis/Details
Strongly based on a 1970 D.E.A investigation, the parents of infamous Drug Cartel Leader, Sandra Avila Beltran, are elbowing out all of the local drug trafficking gangs in the region. Backed by an organized supply syndicate 1000 miles away in Sinaloa, Mexico., and help from Dirrecion Federal de Seguridad (D.F.S., Mexico's version of the FBI/CIA/DEA), The Avila-Beltran Familia are the centerpiece which allow drugs to flow into the United States virtually unrestricted. Characters from NARCOS MEXICO are portrayed as children and young adults in "We Come From Nothing" (Miguel Angel Felix-Gallardo 24, Sandra Avila Beltran is portrayed as a 9-year old girl, Francisco Rafael Felix-Arellano 20, Benjamin Felix Arellano 17 and Eduardo Felix-Arellano 13 years old). Details of the unsolved murder of Larry Hargis come by way of second person (the person who committed the murder and the D.E.A. special agent who told me the story) and how it ties into the characters in the pilot episode.
