What Doesn't Kill You

Doug, an abusive alcoholic, is accused of murder. He is given the option to proceed with a normal court or the experimental neural implant known as Daedalus. Faced with insurmountable odds, he takes the most reasonable path and is forced to confront the actions and his guilt in committing crimes well beyond that which he is accused by the court. The story draws you into a new and terrible world that could possibly come to pass in the near future.
