Young Praying Mantis in Love

Meet Angelica Lords, a devout young woman who believes in no sex before marriage and teaches abstinence at the local high school. She lives a sheltered existence with her abusive fiancé. Then one day she is bitten by a praying mantis and her life changes forever.The big bite fills her mind with erotic thoughts and feelings which both frightens and confuses her. The infection spreads giving Angelica a taste for young men. Angelica's life starts to improve for the better after she fully embraces her metamorphosis. I see this as a low to mid budget film, with two strong female leads (One a mature woman in her 40s and the other woman in her early 20s) trying to recapture the look and feel of a straight to video feature. There are some special effects, but I tried not to put in too much. Also, I tried to keep the length of the film to under two hours (preferably I'd like it to run about an hour and half or so). So, if you are looking for a sleazy little story that is dripping wet with dark humor I hope you will give Young Praying Mantis a try.
