What I Loved
You can imagine the action so clearly along with his heartbreak. It had me wondering what gave him the strength to keep fighting when his personal life is so torn up. Is he fighting for the daughter he now has? This script really makes me want to know what is going through his mind when he is shooting at the enemy and fighting for his life?
What I'd Love To See
Maybe change the private calling the Seargent from "Sir" to "Sarge." An enlisted would never call another enlisted sir in the military. But it does happen in the movies a lot, so it is not a huge deal but maybe a pet peeve for a military man. I always notice the ranks when I see a movie that has military people in it. But I did serve in the army so someone like my wife would never notice that fact.
