I have a question and I hope this is the right place for it... what are the ways to film your work (book, series of stories)? is it possible at all? where to start? Where is the best place to go for help and advice? it doesn't have to be a professional movie.
There are too many thoughts and ideas in my head and I do not have any specific plan of action. Please tell me how to do everything right, so as not to waste time and energy.
I will be grateful for any answers!

I sympathize. I also suffer from too many ideas. It can be hard. I'm constantly making notes to myself for a "maybe someday" project. You never know lol.
To me, this question is a little hard to answer, but I'll try, and I hope others with join and share their perspectives. I also hope you'll help me out a bit here.
In theory, anything is possible. That's both good and bad news. Anything possible...given the appropriate amount of work, time, and money.
I'm not sure what you mean by a place to film your work. A physical filming location? A production company? A place to start, as in, how to start a story?
It's a huge, open-ended question that's tough to answer without pointing to a multitude of books and years of learning.
If you have existing IP (published books), the easiest and fastest way to get traction is to try and get experienced movie producers to make it.
As for having too many thoughts and ideas. That comes with the territory. Lots of notes can work wonders here. I keep a central file with all my ideas in which I can keep adding to.
Hi Amanda
With me, when I write a book and have it published, I practice script writing. That's when I see myself as a director, producer, cinematographer. In my mind, I can see my story come to life. I pretend that my brain is like a thirty-foot movie screen. Now if only the real producers and directors can see the same thing. Hopefully, someone on this site will.
