The movie in my head. When I was 23 I had my first psychotic break and this movie popped into my head. It was so real it scared me. So I started writing on post-it notes, sticking them all over my walls. I kept taking notes when I was committed shortly afterward. For 30 years I kept up this routine until I finally finished the script late last year. It's my life's work. It's the first NC-17 oriented block buster that will have no sex, no nudity, no profanity, and no gratuitous violence (it does have gore, drug use, and graphic depictions of nuclear war). Think "Heavy Metal" meets "Fantasia." The definitive Rock N' Roll fantasy. I've spent decades listening to the same songs over and over again to time them just right to the visuals. I've drawn up over 1500 storyboards and made them into animatics set to music. I've entered the script into seven screenwriting competitions this year and am awaiting results. So far, I've received two rave reviews from analysts and placed Quarter Finalist in one contest. Keeping my fingers crossed. Do any of you have a dream project you'd love to see a reality? Does it drive you crazy like it does me?

You've been working on one script for 30 years? That's got to be a lotta rewrites. That thing must shine like polished chromium. Good luck with this project and all the best.

Well, actually that's kinda the funny part.  When I finally wrote the script last year I just used my extensive files of notes and finished with the first draft.  I don't believe in re-writes.  Thanks for the encouragement!
