In 1876, not much happens in Terry, Colorado. Things change when notorious outlaw Barbury Willis is wrongfully arrested. Merri sees a chance to meet a legend. But behind the legend is a man, one that’s just as misunderstood as she is. Willis is both a killing machine and a man who feels the weight of his reputation and seeks his place in the world. A five thousand dollar bounty is on Willis’ head, and talkative criminal Philip Ziegler knows that kind of money can set his gang up comfortably for a long time. His plan is simple and direct. Ziegler meets with Terry’s Sheriff Fausel and offers an ultimatum. If the Sheriff hands over Willis to Ziegler’s gang, they won’t destroy the entire town.
