Aesir-Vanir War: The First Great War

Odin sees the frost giants on Jotunheim as they are preparing their attack on Midgard (Earth) but bigger matters appear as Odin talks about the old ones know as the Vanir. Odin is afraid that their seidr is tearing and poisoning the universe. The Vanir hear about this and Njord the king of the Vanir decides to send his daughter Freyja to deal with this matter to prevent war. Freyja goes under covers as Gullveig. Her presents was not welcome as Odin had her speared and burned three times but every time she will re-awake. Knowing he can not do anything else let's her go back home. Njord and her brother Freyr are outraged and declare war on the Aesir for what they have done. Loki being the mischievous one as a plan to take over Asgard and become the ruler of it. He travels to Joutunheim and talks to their King Laufey, to try and convince him to attack Asgard as they will be occupied as they are in battle against the Vanir.
