For Mark, a vampire, his life has not been easy. After a brief visit to a phsychiatist, he realizes, that, he has to face his destiny. He has kiled too many for the wanting and hungry need for human blood. But after deciding not to kill anymore for five years, his body and his soul have burned out. It feels like, for Mark, anyway, that the need to save his soul was much stronger than the need for blood.
