Synopsis/Details:

I wanted to write an assassin film with a leading woman that doesn’t use her sexuality as a tool, doesn’t use her gender to manipulate, doesn’t feed into any potentially repressive or regressive trope.

JOHN WICK meets ICHI THE KILLER meets AEON FLUX.

Brief Synopsis;
On a daddy-daughter day out in San Francisco, an off-duty policeman is killed in a gang assassination, forever distorting his little girl's comprehension of Justice. More than a decade later, Marzanna Wolfe has dedicated her life to taking out the crime ring that took down her father and sense of security with one, resounding bullet that has never stopped echoing through her mind. She's determined to finish the job he started, using her father's "long lost" service weapon. A single tarnished bullet remains... but when her last Hit goes terribly awry, the race is on to tie up loose ends before the Yakuza and her father's old partner in Homicide hunt her down.

The Writer: Alyssa Jefferson

The product of a pair of CA police/detectives, I'm convinced my obsession with justice and criminology is in my blood. As a child, while my mom cleaned her service weapon at the coffee table in front of the news, I would sneak into her case files. I pored over gruesome crime scene photos, and her investigation notes played out as horror films in my mind. It was thrilling, and horrifying, and eventually, routine. Now, I write to understand the monsters. I dissect them, I become them, I fall in love with them, and I destroy them, one story at a time. Screenwriting for going on 16 years now, and I continue to hone my craft, long accepting that I'll never master this medium. I'm open to project... Go to bio
