Bad Kitty

Ben’s a nice guy whose world just came crashing down around him; his fiancée, Jillian, dumped him for someone more ambitious, and his beloved grandmother, Neda, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Ben moves in to care for Neda. One day, he comes home to find her in bed, having died peacefully, seemingly while performing a ritual. The mutilated body of Neda’s nurse is on the floor. Cletus, Ben’s cat, calmly sits in the corner, cleaning himself. Suddenly, people around Ben start dying horrifically violent deaths; the bigot next door who always taunted Ben, Jillian and her new boyfriend, Ben’s greedy cousin, his cruel uncle. The only thing they have in common is that Cletus was at each scene. As the gruesome deaths continue, Ben and his best friend, Darius, turn to Gwen, the owner of an occult shop. Together, they discover Neda was trying to astral project into another body, her nurse, but accidentally summoned Grimalkin, a demon-cat. Her soul and Grimalkin’s spirit intertwined and merged into Cletus. Now, Ben, Darius, and Gwen race to find a way to not only exorcise Grimalkin before it kills off the rest of Ben’s family, but also to free Neda’s soul before Grimalkin takes it back to Hell.
