Synopsis/Details
Lovely young Amy, 27, starts a campaign against nasty comments, urged on by her mother, Jean. Amy is a public relations freelance consultant and a semi-professional artist. She rejects two suitors, the gloomy successful artist, Steve, and the art buyer, John, who buys one of her paintings. Amy concentrates on her online campaign, which is so successful, the C.E.O. of a social media company tries to discredit her by hiring a porn actress to imitate her in a porn video, but this backfires as the porn actress confesses on television to her act, and begs forgiveness from Amy, who publicly forgives her and hugs her. Amy becomes famous and is recognized in a coffee shop where some young women and a young man tell her how her campaign has changed the prevailing culture by making it uncool to make nasty comments, and nice comments are now respected. Amy has changed the world.

The Writer: Peter Gartner

I wrote a few screenplays a while back, but now I have a place to submit them. At the moment I am painting in watermixable oils and have a gallery at FineArtAmerica. I am concentrating on art now, but if there is some interest in my screenplays, I could submit more. I start with "The Lightship". I have now posted some more. I want to create original scenarios with surprises for the audience. I do not want my scripts to be predictable. The unusual is always best. A script should be a journey. You don't know the destination, but you will enjoy the journey getting there. I like to explore the psychology of my characters, to give the story more depth. Also, there is now a link to my paintings… Go to bio
