Synopsis/Details
Kicker and Shelley Peters are targets of a contract killing as they sit outside a London cafe. The perpetrators are sought after as Kicker lies in a coma while her ex colleague lies dead. It is during her incubus that she attempts to solve a crime involving killer birds of prey. And as her state of mind struggles to comprehend a bloody murder, she becomes confused inside a kaleidoscope of events that play out as she attempts to deal with a balancing act upon the precipice between life and death.
