Synopsis/Details
It's late at a realtor's office, and the buyer of an historic home has just completed a stack of paperwork. When it seems that the purchase is complete, a mysterious stranger appears with one final document. The stranger informs the new owner that the house has been hosting sect gatherings in the basement for centuries, and the new buyer must let these diabolical ceremonies continue. But the buyer is not onboard with that idea, and uses her actuary skills to find a way out of the deal.
