The story follows Cain, a troubled man who has been resurrected by a sinister force after a brutal execution involving his wrongful burial alive in concrete. Bearing the physical scars and a dark past linked to drug addiction, Cain is manipulated by Father Al, a priest with a dubious moral compass, who reveals that his resurrection is the result of a pact made with the devil himself.
